Bacterial community structure and predicted function in date palm soils from Qatar
This study investigated bacterial diversity in date palm soil and assessed the influence of different fertilizers on this diversity using metagenomics. A total of 6356 Operational Taxonomic Units (OTUs) and 1164425 sequences were analyzed across 27 samples.
The accession and its GCC connection are verified. Registration alone does not establish that the broader research programme remains active.
