Nuqta is a computational genomics company in Saudi Arabia, building the infrastructure that will make genomic research across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf easier to discover, connect, and advance. Nuqta Atlas, Nuqta Briefing, and Analysis Rescue are our first initiatives: organizing the region's public genomics record, tracking the field as it moves, and turning stalled sequencing projects into reproducible, usable research.

Atlas brings public genomics projects connected to Saudi Arabia and the Gulf into one searchable, versioned index. All953 records link back to their sources and show what is known, what is accessible, and when it was last checked.
