Mycoplasma capricolum subsp. capripneumoniae (Mccp) strains from goats and wildlife in Oman
Isolates from CCPP outbreaks in Northern Oman were sequenced to trace local transmission dynamics between livestock and wildlife and to show global epidemiological relationships by whole genome SNP analysis.
