Metagenomic Study of Microbial Community in Wastewater Effluents.

QatarEnvironmental and microbial genomicsRepository record

Wastewater effluent samples from different stages of wastewater treatment were collected followed by 16S metagenomic sequencing using Illumina and Ion Torrent platforms. Analysis of the sequenced data would reveal microbial community dynamics in different stages of wastewater treatment.

Repository interpretation

The accession and its GCC connection are verified. Registration alone does not establish that the broader research programme remains active.
