Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serovar Minnesota strain:SA18578 Genome sequencing
Here, we report the complete genome sequence of colistin-susceptible Salmonella enterica serotype Minnesota (named SA18578) belonged to sequence type (ST) 548 carrying the mcr-9 gene in IncHI2 plasmid isolated from chicken meat in Saudi Arabia.
The accession and its GCC connection are verified. Registration alone does not establish that the broader research programme remains active.
