Soil samples from biowashing-biopile processes Raw sequence reads
Biowashing and biopile processes were designed and evaluated for remediation of crude oil in Kuwait soil. The bacterial community structure in either enrichment culture and soil samples was investigated by using high throughput sequencing and phylogenetic analysis.
