This BioProject aims to characterize the genomic features and genetic diversity of Salmonella isolates obtained from poultry samples. Whole genome sequencing was performed using an Illumina Miseq sequencing platform, followed by genome assembly and bioinformatic analysis. The generated genomic data will be used for species identification, genomic characterization, sequence typing, phylogenetic analysis, and investigation of genetic relationships among Salmonella isolates. This study contributes to improving genomic surveillance and understanding the epidemiology and diversity of Salmonella in the Saudi Arabia.
