Subkha -hypersaline soils. metagenomic
The coastal saline flat (sabkha) regions of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE), span approximately 16 km and have developed over the past 7,000 years (EVANS et al., 1969), primarily due to strong evaporation resulting from high temperatures. Bacterial diversity, community structure and functional composition remain unclear. We aim to investigate the Bacterial diversity, community structure and functional composition using metagenomic sequencing
