Global genomic databank for Aedes aegypti (ddRADseq)
This databank contains sequences of 1220 Aedes aegypti, generated between 2013 and 2022. These include population samples collected from across a wide global range for use in incursion tracing (e.g. DOI: 10.1111/eva.12787) and understanding insecticide resistance evolution (e.g. DOI: 10.1111/mec.15430 and DOI: 10.1101/2024.04.09.588653). These also include georeferenced samples collected at fine scales for use in dispersal parameterisation, from Cairns (DOI: 10.1038/s41437-017-0039-9), Saudi Arabia (DOI: 10.1086/722175), and Malaysia (DOI: 10.1111/1755-0998.13043).
The accession and its GCC connection are verified. Registration alone does not establish that the broader research programme remains active.
