Genomic Study of High-Risk Clones of Enterobacter hormaechei Collected from Tertiary Hospitals in the United Arab Emirates
Our research focused on characterizing carbapenem-resistant Enterobacter hormaechei from the UAE and analyzing its antimicrobial resistance genes and epidemiological and phylogenetic characteristics using whole genome sequencing (WGS).
