Whole genome sequencing of MDR Acinetobacter in Qatar
Multi-drug resistant clinical isolates of Acinetobacter are whole genome sequenced. The resistant genes were characterized and compared to the MICs data, and the genetic relationship was inferred based on SNPs.
The accession and its GCC connection are verified. Registration alone does not establish that the broader research programme remains active.
