Record the Harvard/Broad first-phase design as WGS of 6,000 Bahrain participants: 2,000 rare-disease participants/families and 4,000 from the general population. Preserve this as a phase within the national programme, not a new record or additive national-cohort count. Do not overwrite conflicting historical 50,000-sample versus newer 100,000-sample programme targets without a dedicated source-history note.
