Sequencing of outbreak adapted Candidozyma auris isolates from Kuwait
This study leveraged a large collection of C. auris isolates from multi-facility clinical outbreaks within the same urban area to identify genomic patho-adaptations that promote persistence and dissemination in the healthcare environment.
