Genome sequencing of Tenacibaculum mesophilum strain M-16
Tenacibaculum mesophilum strain M-16 is a marine bacterium isolated from the coastal environment in Oman. This project aims to sequence and analyze the genome of this strain to explore its genetic composition and functional potential. The genomic data will contribute to understanding the diversity, metabolic capabilities, and ecological roles of Tenacibaculum species in marine ecosystems.
